That’s a lot of pressure on you! Now, with the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app, there is a way for you to very easily track your emotions right on your Smartphone or tablet and have the results emailed directly to up to 5 individuals of your choosing (like your Emotions Tracker Partner).

The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app is designed to help you and your ETP better identify the amount of time you spend in various emotions on a daily and weekly basis and document the specific real-life events and/or thoughts that preceded each emotion. The overall goal is to help you learn more about your emotions and the causes so that you can live a happier and more content life.

                                          HERE IS HOW THE EMOTIONS TRACKER DR. GRIF APP WORKS:
(1) The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app alerts you (on either a fixed or random interval) to choose one of the 11 different common emotion groups and then speak or type the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions. You can also choose to enter a recording whenever you have experienced an emotion of importance.

 

(2) Throughout the day, the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will keep a record of all of your emotions and the
 actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions.

(3) At the end of each day and week the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will automatically summarize, graph and email this crucial information to up to 5 email addresses of your choice, in a format that is very easy to understand, as shown below.
