The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app is designed to help you and your best friend catch-up on each other’s feelings and figure out what’s causing them… the good and the bad. The overall goal is to help you and your best friend learn more about each other’s feelings and what’s causing them so that you can help each other be as happy as possible.

HERE IS HOW THE EMOTIONS TRACKER DR. GRIF APP WORKS:

(1) The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app alerts you (on either a fixed or random interval) to choose one of the 11 different common emotion groups and then speak or type the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions. You can also choose to enter a recording whenever you feel you have experienced an emotion of importance.

(2) Throughout the day, the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will keep a record of all of your emotions, pain level ratings and the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions and pain level ratings.

(3) At the end of each day and week the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will automatically summarize, graph and email this crucial information to up to 5 email addresses of your choice, in a format that is very easy to understand, as shown below.
