Now, with the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app, there is a way for you and your best friend to very easily track each other’s emotions just by using your Smartphone's or tablets and having the results emailed directly to each other and up to 4 other individuals of each of your choosing.

The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app is designed to help you and your best friend better identify the amount of time you each spend in various emotions on a daily and weekly basis and document the specific real-life events and/or thoughts that preceded each emotion. The overall goal is to help you and your best friend learn more about each other’s emotions and the causes so that you can help each other live a happier and more content life.

HERE IS HOW THE EMOTIONS TRACKER DR. GRIF APP WORKS:

(1) The Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app alerts you (on either a fixed or random interval) to choose one of the 11 different common emotion groups and then speak or type the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions. You can also choose to enter a recording whenever you feel you have experienced an emotion of importance.

(2) Throughout the day, the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will keep a record of all of your emotions, pain level ratings and the actual events and/or thoughts that preceded those emotions and pain level ratings.

(3) At the end of each day and week the Emotions Tracker Dr. Grif app will automatically summarize, graph and email this crucial information to up to 5 email addresses of your choice, in a format that is very easy to understand, as shown below.
